All orders listed as “in stock” begin processing once transaction is complete. All orders after 5 pm CST. Will be processed the next following business day beginning at 9 am CST.

Standard shipping: allow 5-10 business days depending on location.

Returns/Cancel order/Privacy Statement
Rinnovare does allow returns on products that have not been opened or damaged.
Returns must be filed by contacting us and we will issue you an incident number.
Once we receive the item back we will inspect for damage or if the product has been used. If any evidence stipulates damage or usage we cannot resale the item. The item no longer has a value to our store. Therefore, refunds will not be issued under these circumstances. However we will provide you with a store credit for your next purchase from RINNOVARE. Only legitimate returns will be accepted and given a refund. In the case of a refund being issued Rinnovare charges a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. In the case of an exchange Rinnovare will not charge any restocking fee and we will handle the return shipping.
Rinnovare allows (14 days) for you to submit a claim from the date of purchase. Once a claim has been authorized we will begin
the return process.
All orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the time recorded on the transaction receipt. If orders are done after 7 pm (M-F) CST or on Sat & Sun; This will still be handled the same way.
You must send an email or contact us by phone and leave a message regarding cancelling your order. No exceptions.
